RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – FINANCE

You will take on a full 360 recruitment role, involving candidate generation, managing existing accounts and brining in new business through developing relations with key clients. You will be placing candidates at various levels across the Financial sector, billing on average £30K per month, depending on experience, you will have KPIs to work to helping you to keep on target, and will attend face to face meetings with your clients and candidates each week.
You will be an experienced consultant, ideally with at least 12 months in recruitment, from a relevant sector, with a strong proven billing history and practical experience of winning business and bringing new clients on board. You will be confident, articulate and charismatic, with a professional manner and the ambition needed to excel your career, as well as a real hunger to earn exceptional money.
