RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – ENGINEERING
SOLIHULL
BASE TO £26K + 25% COMMISSION
As a specialist supplier of staff to the construction, civil and rail industries, this UK based company has the resources to provide personnel to all UK locations as well as overseas assignments. They supply both permanent and contract staff within their specialist markets, in positions such as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and Claims Consultants. They pride themselves on their outstanding service, consistently focussing on total quality management and providing unrivalled recruitment solutions to both their clients and candidates. Due to continued demand, they are looking to take on experienced consultants for their Solihull office.
You will take on a full 360 recruitment role, everything from candidate generation and managing existing accounts, to new business development and liaising with senior level clients. You will be making placements across the Engineering sector, selling into Director and Stakeholder level. You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk, with help and guidance to hand as and when you need it.
As an experienced consultant you will have at least 2 years recruitment experience and knowledge of interim or contract recruitment, with a solid proven billing record. You will be professional, articulate and confident, with the determination needed to succeed in your industry, and a hunger to earn a great salary. You will receive continued training and development, scope to progress your career as well as an enviable commission scheme.
