RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – PUBLIC SECTOR / OIL AND GAS

BASE TO £28K + UNCAPPED OTE
This established consultancy set out to engage with talented professionals covering a range of industries and job disciplines, with the aim of providing an unrivalled service to both their clients and candidates. They focus on recruiting mid to senior level management within the UK, offering an honest and targeted approach, they deliver the most effective recruitment solutions within their market. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to take on experienced consultants to join their Leeds branch.
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, including candidate generation, account management with a focus on new business development, cultivating strong relationships with key clients to maximise revenue. You will be working within markets such as FMCG, Facilities Management and Oil and Gas, making placements at various levels with salaries ranging from £40K - £200K. You will receive support and guidance from your hands on managers when you require, but will be left alone to develop your desk autonomously.
You will be an established consultant with at least 12 months experience in recruitment, ideally from a relevant sector, with a strong and proven billing history. You will be confident, articulate and motivated, with a professional manner and a flair for building long-term relations, you will also be driven to succeed and hungry to earn great money.
