This successful Medical consultancy was recently established, but in a short time has experienced much success and built up a respectable client base. They are currently undergoing expansion and have exciting career prospects for consultants, with an excellent training scheme and the scope to reach management level; they have a completely autonomous environment enabling their consultants to provide an unrivalled professional level of service for their clients and candidates alike. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for Managing Consultants to join their London office.
As a Managing Consultant you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of 3 as well as billing yourself, taking on an existing desk you will have plenty of clients in place, but you will be expected to take on the full recruitment cycle, candidate generation, account management as well as new business development, meeting with clients and generating new revenue. You and your team will be making various placements in the social care sector and building up contacts within the market as you go. You will mentor and support your team rather than micromanaging them.
You will be an exceptional Consultant (minimum of 12 months) within the qualified social care sector looking to take the next step into management, with a good knowledge of the industry and a successful billing history. You will be professional, motivated and confident, with excellent communication skills, proven leadership ability as well as a record of winning and retaining business and the flair and creativity to drive the division forward.
