Description:
This specialist consultancy provides a unique and people-focussed approach to the recruitment process across various industries such as IT and Engineering. They aim to develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates, consistently providing organisational objectives and since their inception have striven to become the provider of choice for a wide range of companies across the UK. Due to continued success they are now looking to take on experienced Recruitment Consultants for their Reading branch.
This will be a full 360 role, including everything from candidate generation, managing existing accounts, as well as new business development and liaising with key clients in order to drive business forward. Working within the IT sector you will be placing IT professionals into the NHS and healthcare arena, in contract positions with daily rates up to £700. You will be given a lot of autonomy to develop your desk and should be billing around £10k per month once established.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will have at least 2 years IT contracts experience, ideally within the Healthcare sector placing senior level candidates (perms or contract) as well as a successful proven billing history. You will be confident, professional and ambitious with a flair for business development and a drive to succeed and earn big money. You will have support and backing from an established company, with lots of career progression, as well as incentives and a fantastic commission scheme.
