RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – FINANCE
LONDON, EC4 CITY
BASE £20,000 - £27,000 + 40% COMMISSION
As a Recruitment Consultant your role will encompass the whole recruitment life cycle; resourcing candidates, generating and securing new business, developing current supply, negotiating fees, and managing the process from interview to placement. You will be able to concentrate on UK or international markets with the ability to decide on the specialism you want to focus on. Joining with warm business within the Risk, Compliance and Audit sectors in place you should really be able to drive the division forward in an autonomous environment.
This company was established earlier this century by 2 Directors with 30 years combined experience in the recruitment markets. Having remained an inspiring independent agency, they have developed hugely successful divisions covering many major areas in the Finance and Banking sector.
As a competent Recruitment Consultant you will have at least 3 years experience within ideally the Finance sector but will considered someone from any professional market. You will be degree educated, highly intelligent and polished with a solid knowledge of the market, and a strong and proven billing history. You will demonstrate confidence, drive and professionalism, adopting a delivery focused approach you will have solid business development skills and the charisma to build lasting relationships, as well as being hungry to succeed and earn exceptional money.
