RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – HR (PERMS)
LEICESTER
BASE £18,000 - £25,000 DOE + TO 35% COMMISSION + OTE £40K IN 1ST YEAR
Since the late 1980s this company has developed a unique style - definitely large enough to feel secure, with big market presence and big branding, but personal enough to really appreciate your efforts. This is not one of the usual high street factories. This company actively encourages initiative and creativity; they provide excellent support & clear direction, but no onerous micro-management. They are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work on the HR Perms desk. You will preferably have experience within the HR sector (not essential – will consider other backgrounds) and have a good record as a business developer. This will be a full 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, resourcing and prepping them for interview, managing and existing accounts as well as generating new business, developing relationships with key clients in order to maximise sales and drive business forward. There will also be the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader's role and beyond for top performers.
