SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – MEDICAL
READING, BERKSHIRE
BASE £22,000 - £40,000 + OTE £140K + COMMISSION
Established only 2years ago, they soon became one of Europe's leading Pharmaceutical Research and Development staffing consultancies. They provide a dedicated and first class service to professionals within their market sector - including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and CRO industries. They have an impressive client portfolio, including numerous global leaders in clinical research. They provide a consultative approach, utilising a strategic tracking database for clients, enabling them to source and match candidates across Europe.
You will inherit a warm desk which will still be focused on development sales and generating/securing new business. You will have a 360 role to source and supply mid-senior level Medical staff on both a contracted and permanent agreement. You will have full autonomy to run and grow your desk, expected to be a successful example to other team members and to be motivational.
You need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a Medical background and a consistent billing record. You will be driven and savvy with business development and sales, and will demonstrate drive, confidence, and determination. You are rewarded highly with a competitive commission structure and a generous basic.
