ACCOUNT MANAGER – MEDICAL
READING, BERKSHIRE
BASE £18,000 - £22,000 + COMMISSION

This role will be a pure delivery and servicing role, placing mid-senior level Medical staff on high-end salaries for one of the company’s major accounts. Your role will be candidate driven and will require you to generate and source candidates with expert matching and innovative methods. You will visit clients, keep vacancies updated, interview candidates, develop relationships and manage the placement process.
This role has high exposure and responsibility for some of the company's most prestigious clients and requires you to have a very good understanding of the sector and service/delivery. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in Medical recruitment with a consistent billing record and achievements in maintaining strong relationships.
