You will join this niche to proactively cold-call and head hunt candidates with a view to booking them appointments with the Consultants. You will also research and identify clients, mapping them for Consultants' leads for vacancies. You will source candidates within the Pharmaceutical UK and international markets and must be comfortable and confident to conduct cold research to support the sales teams.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a sales capacity and sector knowledge would be beneficial, though not essential. You will be proactive, driven and professional as well as demonstrating a highly thorough and organised approach.
