FINANCE SEARCH CONSULTANTS
WINDSOR
BASE £40,000 - £60,000 DOE + CAR ALLOWANCE + 35% COMMISSION
Established in the late 90's to provide professional recruitment solutions at management level within Finance - including executive search, advertised selection, and the provision of Interim Managers. They are now seeking new talent to add to their Berkshire office within the Finance Division.
You will join 20 professionals, divided amongst 4 specialist brands in a fun, professional, 'unstuffy' environment. Your role will be highly focused on retained recruitment, though you will work some contingency clients with a view of conversion. Much of your development will be repeat business, though growth is always encouraged and client visits will be a prominent KPI. You will be candidate-focused with professional and dedicated headhunting, networking and referral gathering. Your targets will ramp up, with 1st year Consultants billing £150K, increasing to £250K in your 2nd year - imagine the earning potential!
You will be a successful biller in recruitment, preferably within a related sector with proven, high invoicing achievements. You will have strengths in business development, rapport building and effective candidate generation - preferably head hunting. You are offered a competitive basic salary which will vary dependent on your experience, a motivational commission structure and a great benefits package, including a car allowance.
