BASE £20,000 - £28,000 DOE + 25% COMMISSION

They operate across several complementary sectors including Accountancy, IT and Office Support, placing both Permanent & Temporary personnel. You will be trained on the whole Resourcer and Recruiter process as well as industry and sector knowledge. You will initially join this niche to proactively cold-call and head hunt candidates with a view to booking them appointments with the Consultants. You will also research and identify clients, mapping them for Consultants' leads for vacancies. You will source candidates within the IT markets and must be comfortable and confident to conduct cold research to support the sales teams.
You will need to be a quick learner with savvy and confidence for the full Consultant role to come and will be driven, motivated and hungry to earn and progress. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a sales capacity and sector knowledge would be beneficial, though not essential. You are rewarded with ongoing training and development for future progression if you want it, and a generous commission scheme for a Resourcer role.
