RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - ACCOUNTANCY & FINANCE
KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES
BASE £25,000 - £50,000 DOE + COMMISSION + CAR ALLOWANCE
Established over 10 years ago, this award-winning Financial Recruiter has a client portfolio that includes Blue-Chip SME's in Financial, Commercial and Public Sectors across the South-East. They strive to deliver a level of professionalism in its role as consultancy to the Financial markets, offering cutting edge services to part-qualified and qualified accountants on a permanent and interim basis. They continue to offer clients and candidates an unrivalled service and due to continued expansion they are looking to take on experienced Recruitment Consultants for their Kingston office.
This will be the full recruitment cycle and you will be responsible for all aspects of the process, including candidate generation, interview prep, managing existing accounts as well as new business development and liaising with key clients in order to drive business forward. You will be working within Accountancy & Finance making temp placements in qualified Accountancy roles, and should be billing around £20k per month once established. You will have full autonomy to develop your desk, with scope to dual desk dependent on your experience.
As a confident Recruitment Consultant you will have at least 2 years experience ideally within the Finance and Accountancy sector making temp placements, with a proven and successful billing history. You will be confident, driven and professional, with a flair for business development and strong communication skills, as well as being determined to succeed and earn great money. You will receive ongoing guidance and support as well as scope to progress your career and take home fantastic remuneration.
