BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
BASE £20,000 - £40,000 + COMMISSION
Founded just over 5 years ago, this is an Executive Search Organisation based in Buckinghamshire, focusing on Technology, Communications, and Consumer Internet and Media sectors. They provide retained search and selection services across these sectors at board, management and commercial team build-out level, working with a mix of both privately held businesses and major corporate firms across Europe. Rapid growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Researcher to join this highly successful outfit.
As a researcher you will be joining a very structured and smooth running division, you will be involved in various tasks such as candidate generation, mapping and headhunting, as well as pitching the roles to the candidate and feeding back to the consultants. You will receive as much support and guidance as you need from your hands on managers, you will spend a lot of time on the phone, finding out the key people in the area and presenting a full market map
You will be an experienced researcher with at least 12 months doing research in any ideally the IT sector but this is not essential. You will have a good understanding of the role and a proven track record. You will be confident, self-motivated and personable, capable of developing strong relationships, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic as well as being driven and determined to succeed.
