RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL / PUBLIC SECTOR TEMPS

BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + £50K OTE
Established over 30 years ago, this successful independent consultancy are experts in supplying temporary and permanent staff across a range of business sectors, with the same senior management team in place since their inception, they can provide unrivalled recruitment solutions to their clients and candidates. Due to continued success and expansion, they are currently taking on experienced Recruitment Consultants for their London branch.
You will be taking on a full recruitment cycle, everything from candidate generation and account management to new business development, liaising with clients to bring them on board. You will be joining an existing desk, already generating 4.5k-5k per week, making temp placements within the Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector markets with the potential to tap into lucrative opportunities to win new business. No KPIs.
You will be an established Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months experience working in a relevant sector, with a strong and proven billing history. You will be professional, confident, driven and articulate with strong business development skills, the determination to succeed and a hunger to earn exceptional money.
