SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - ACCOUNTANCY & FINANCE

BASE £20,000 - £30,000 + COMMISSION
Introducing our client who is a boutique recruitment consultancy who specialise in sourcing Accountants, Finance and Office Staff throughout London and surrounding areas. Owned by a dedicated and hands on Director he has over 20 years experience recruiting over the UK and internationally. They are now seeking additional Senior Recruitment Consultant for their London office.
• Temporary desk start up
• No KPIs!!
This will be a full 360 recruitment role in which you will adopt a hands-on approach, sourcing and resourcing candidates, managing any existing accounts as well as developing new business in order to drive the division forward. Starting up a new temporary desk in the Accountancy & Finance sectors, you will be placing candidates at various levels and once established you should be billing around £8k per month. Full autonomy to develop your desk and maximise revenue.
As a competent temporary Recruitment Consultant you will ideally have 12 months experience working a relevant sector, with a good knowledge of the market and an exceptional proven billing record. You will be confident, driven, professional and articulate, with a real flair for business development, solid communication skills and a hunger to maximise your earnings. You will receive ongoing training and development, with genuine scope to progress your recruitment career within a reputable firm who can offer fantastic benefits and unrivalled commission.
