BASE £20,000 - £22,500 + COMMISSION + ANNUAL BONUS
This independent Recruitment Consultancy provides recruitment solutions on a temporary and permanent basis to the Building Services industry worldwide. Operating in a niche market they have a fantastic reputation with their clients and candidates with unrivalled knowledge of the industry. They provide a superb working environment, with sophisticated IT systems, solid admin support and clear direction with guidance from the hands-on Directors. You'll be trained thoroughly in all aspects of the recruitment process and also receive ongoing training throughout your career.

Taking on a full 360 role, you will be expected to hit the ground running and will be involved in candidate generation, interview preparation, handling existing accounts as well as driving business forward through client meetings, developing long term relationships in order to maximise sales. You will be making placements within the Technical / Engineering sectors in various 'white collar' positions. You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk and drive business forward.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years working in a relevant sector, with a strong proven billing history. You will be confident, driven and independent, with an entrepreneurial attitude, able to hit the ground running demonstrating excellent communication skills, to help build lasting relations, as well as the determination needed to excel your career.
