BASE £35,000 - £40,000 + COMMISSION, BONUS & BENEFITS

They have enjoyed continued success and expansion and are now looking for a billing Manager to join their Birmingham team.

• Experience in recruiting OR working within the retail sector is desired
As Manager you will be responsible for the full 360 role, leading your team by example in sourcing suitable candidates, interview prep, managing existing accounts as well as new business development - you will liaise with key clients in order to develop relationships and drive the division forward. You will provide support and guidance for your team and together will cover the Retail sector, placing candidates in various roles. You will mentor and motivate your team in order to maximise sales as well as dealing with any staff issues.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in recruiting/working in the retail sector, with strong management experience and a successful and stable career history. You will be tenacious, driven and professional, with proven leadership skills as well as being determined to succeed and earn great money.
