RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IT
MANCHESTER
BASE £25,000 - £30,000 + TO 30% COMMISSION
Established over 10 years ago, this specialist consultancy focuses on Netsource, providing permanent and contract recruitment solutions across the Networking & Communications sector. They have recently expanded into the IT sector due to growth and adaptation to a changing market place, experienced in other IT areas and emerging technologies relating to their key business. Due to expansion and continued success they are now taking on experienced Recruitment Consultants for their Manchester office.
You will be taking on a full recruitment cycle, involving everything from candidate generation, interview prep, CV sends, managing existing accounts as well as new business development, driving sales forward through candidate liaisons and building lasting relationships. You will be given full autonomy to develop your desk, with no micromanagement you can drive your desk forward, making placements across the IT sector, billing on about £10k monthly once established.
You will be an established Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years working in a relevant sector, with experience making contract placements as well as a successful proven billing history. You will be confident, articulate and tenacious, with a professional approach and a flair for business development, as well as a hunger to earn exceptional money. You will receive ongoing training and development, with great scope to progress your career, as well as a fantastic commission structure.
