RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL
KENDAL, CUMBRIA
BASE £16,000 - £20,000 + 10% COMMISSION
Established in the early 80's to provide the UK market with Construction professionals, Civil Engineers, Engineering, Industrial and Pharmaceutical staff, this company now has 11 offices over the country, all strategically placed to offer candidates and clients the best coverage and service on the market for their niche. They are a privately-owned, cash-rich firm, started by highly experienced recruiters who still lead the business today, and due to increased work load, they are recruiting Recruitment Consultants for their Sheffield office.
• Full 360 role
• Duel desk
Taking on the full 360 role you will be responsible for all aspects including sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, managing any existing accounts as well as developing new business and liaising with key clients in order to drive sales forward. Covering the Industrial and Commercial sectors you will have full autonomy to develop your desk and should be billing at least £10k per month once up and running.
As a competent Recruitment Consultant you will have at least 6 months experience from an Industrial or Commercial background, with a solid career record and proven sales and billing history. You will be confident, driven and tenacious with strong business development skills and the charisma to build lasting relationships; you will also be passionate about your career and hungry to earn exceptional money. You will have full autonomy in driving your desk forward, with support and guidance available as and when you need it, within a supportive environment you will have great scope to progress your career and maximise your earnings.
