RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - EDUCATION (START-UP)
CHELMSFORD
BASE £20,000 - £30,000 + COMMISSION
Recently established they have already built quite a name for themselves within the Education market, with a wealth of sector experience, they have expanded across a number of nationwide offices. They strive to deliver an unrivalled service to supply staff and teaching professionals across the industry, finding them their ideal role within Education time after time. Having experienced continued success and during an exciting time of expansion, they are looking to take on new talent to join their Chelmsford team.
Taking on the full 360 role you will be responsible for all aspects of the process, including candidate generation and account management, with a focus on new business development and bringing new clients on board in order to maximise sales. Working across the Education sector, you will be placing support & teaching staff at various levels within Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in and around the Chelmsford area and with full scope to develop your desk, you should be up and running days out within a couple of months.
As an established Education Recruitment Consultant you will ideally have at least 12 months experience, with a good knowledge of the market and an exceptional track record to date. You will be professional, driven and tenacious, with a flair for business development, strong communication skills and a real passion to excel your recruitment career.
