SENIOR SEARCH CONSULTANT - PUBLIC SECTOR
BIRMINGHAM
BASE £30,000 - £50,000 + £100K+ OTE
Part of a large, multi-national recruitment group this recruitment consultancy is the leading specialist of senior-level staffing to both public and private sectors. For more than 2 decades, they have been an imperative tool in the development of many major organisations including government departments, local authorities, and blue-chip businesses. Due to continued success and expansion they are now looking for experienced consultants to join their Birmingham team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of securing a retainer, identifying suitable candidates, short listing, final presentation and successful completion of your assignment, you also be responsible for developing new relationships in order to open new areas of the market. You will focus on the Public Sector, working on retained assignments with a local government focus for markets such as Health & Education, making senior level placements, with salaries ranging from £60k - £200k. Full autonomy to develop your desk.
As a competent search consultant you will have a wealth of search experience within the Public Sector, with a good understanding of the process as well as an exceptional billing history. You will be confident, driven and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic, as well as the desire to earn great money and take your career to new levels. You will have full autonomy in your role, in charge of your own progression and development, given support and guidance where necessary you will be offered great benefits and the opportunity to earn unrivalled commission.
