BASE £25,000 - £30,000 + £40K OTE + CAR ALLOWANCE

As Branch Manager, you will take on a range of responsibilities, adopting a hands-on approach you will provide support and guidance from the front, overseeing team delivery, management and motivation of the team, as well as focussing on new business development liaising with key clients in order to drive the division forward and maximise sales. Working across the Healthcare sector you will be mentoring your team in sourcing suitable candidates to be placed at various levels across the Healthcare industry, with various standards to meet you must have your team up and running and keep them motivated and over target.
As a proven and successful sales person, you will ideally have experience in a Managerial position within Healthcare recruitment, with proven leadership skills and an exceptional track record. You will be confident, driven and professional, with the tenacity to lead from the front, demonstrating strong business development and inter-personal skills and a solid work ethic, as well as being self-motivated and hungry to earn serious money.
