A famous name in recruitment with branches across the UK, this company has a superb worldwide reputation for specialising in most commercial and industrial sectors with niche expertise. One of their successful Northern offices is now seeking an experienced Consultant to join their HR Division, established for a decade and highly successful.
You will join a luke-warm desk focusing solely on temporary supply into the HR sector. You will have existing business to service and develop, but will also identify and source new business to grow your desk and penetrate the market with your name. You will supply HR professionals into the Financial, IT and Telco sector, working towards quarterly targets with 25% commission on all billings.
You will be confident, tenacious and driven with evident passion for success and progression. You will thrive in a fast paced temps environment and will have previous recruitment experience with proven billings and evidence of growth. You will have a consultative approach to your business development and relationship management.
